My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and had a great view over the city. The service was excellent with helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance of great shopping and attractions. The dining experience was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. Definitely a great value for money overall.
I found the hotel to be in a prime location, right on the main strip of the city, just north of the obelisk, making it ideal with numerous dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, boasting excellent finishes and a lovely bathroom with two sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room. However, the dining experience was quite mediocre, and the lack of memorable options was a downside.
Staying on the 13th floor and above, our experience was exceptional for navigating this bustling city, with a bonus of an automated blackout curtain for a good night's sleep. The friendliness and efficiency of the front desk and staff added to the positive stay, though some minor inconvenience we faced. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, with small shops around, but lacking scenic views. Despite some dining limitations, the variety and peace at mealtimes were commendable.
The hotel offers great rooms with very clean and spacious accommodations, excellent pillows and mattress, and a beautiful bathroom. The only downside is the disappointing pool area on the roof. The service is efficient and friendly, providing a sense of safety. The location is ideal, close to main attractions in Buenos Aires. Dining options are varied with good choices. Overall, a nice stay with some minor drawbacks.
